Apply with one profile
Verify your ID and income once. Your Reenter score sets where your premium starts.
Sign the lease online
Both sides sign the same lease in the app. You pay the first month, the first premium and the service fee; no deposit.
Move in and pay in the app
Rent goes out by card or autopay each month and reaches the landlord within a business day. Repairs are reported in the app.

A rental record that moves with you
Tenants and landlords both have verified profiles and review each other after every tenancy. A good record lowers your premium and helps your next application.

What is Reenter?
A long-term rental platform for Türkiye. You find a verified home, apply with one profile, sign the lease online and pay rent in the app. Instead of a deposit, the tenant pays Reenter Cover, a monthly premium that protects the landlord.
How much is Reenter Cover?
It starts at 6.5%, 7.5% or 9% of the monthly rent depending on your Reenter score. Every six months without a claim you move up a step and the rate falls, to as low as 4.5%. A paid claim moves you down and the rate rises. See how the steps work.
How is rent paid?
In the app, by card, bank transfer or autopay. Reenter passes the full rent to the landlord within one business day. The tenant pays a payment service fee of 1.5% of the rent on top.
Do I pay an agency fee?
Not when the landlord lists the home directly. If a licensed estate agent lists it, their fee is shown on the listing before you apply and can’t be more than one month’s rent plus VAT.
