Questions
About the tools
Do the tools really download PDF and Word files?
Yes. Each tool creates a real PDF (with Turkish characters embedded) and an editable .docx file in your browser and saves it to your Downloads folder. Nothing is uploaded.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser’s storage on this device. Clearing site data deletes it. The lease builder can export a backup file you can import on another device.
Are the figures up to date?
The tax tariff and limits for 2025 and 2026 and the latest monthly rent increase cap are built in, with the date shown on each page. We update them when official figures are published.
Is this legal or tax advice?
No. The tools apply the published rules to the numbers you enter. For your own situation, check with a lawyer, a financial adviser (SMMM) or GİB.
