1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Reenter (“Reenter”, “we”) is a long-term rental platform being built in İstanbul, Türkiye. These terms apply to the Reenter website, the waitlist and contact forms, and the free tools on the site (lease agreement builder, rental income tax calculator, receipts and statements tool, rent increase calculator, rent tracker, move-in cost calculator, and rent budget and area finder). By using the site you accept these terms.

2. What Reenter is, and is not, today

Reenter has not launched its marketplace, app, payment or Cover services. Listings on the site are clearly marked samples that show how the product will work; they are not real offers.

• Not a party to your lease. Leases made with our tools are agreements between the landlord, the tenant and any guarantor. Reenter is not a party and does not guarantee either side’s obligations.
• Not an estate agent. Reenter does not provide brokerage or charge commission today. Brokerage will only be offered with the authorisation certificate required by the Regulation on Real Estate Trade, and listings will be verified through the Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS).
• Not an insurer or insurance intermediary. Reenter Cover is a planned product. It will be issued by an insurance company licensed in Türkiye and offered through a licensed channel under Insurance Law No. 5684. Until then, nothing on the site is an insurance offer or contract.
• Not a payment institution. Rent will be paid in the app through a payment or electronic money institution licensed under Law No. 6493, and the full rent will be passed to the landlord within one business day. Tenants will pay a payment service fee, shown before they pay. Reenter does not hold user funds today and does not take deposits.
• Not a law firm or financial adviser. Content and tools provide general information, not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice.

3. Free tools

The tools are free and provided for convenience. They use rules and figures published by Turkish authorities at the date shown on each page, such as the income tax tariff, the residential rent exemption and the monthly rent increase cap. These can change, and your situation may have details the tools don’t cover.

• You are responsible for checking the documents and figures you produce before you sign, send, file or pay anything. For important decisions, consult a lawyer, a certified financial adviser (SMMM) or the Revenue Administration (GİB).
• The lease builder produces a template. Whether a particular lease is valid depends on its content and circumstances. Signatures drawn on screen are simple electronic signatures, not qualified electronic signatures under Electronic Signature Law No. 5070.
• Receipts and statements are records of payment. They are not e-Fatura or e-Arşiv invoices and do not replace documents required by the Tax Procedure Law.
• Information you enter in the tools is processed in your own browser and stored on your device. It is not sent to Reenter. You are responsible for keeping copies and for the personal data of other people you enter.

4. Waitlist and contact forms

When you join the waitlist or contact us, give accurate information and only submit data you’re entitled to share. We process it as described in our Privacy and KVKK notice. We send marketing messages only with your consent under Law No. 6563, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, scrape it at scale, upload malicious code, impersonate others, post unlawful content, or use the tools to prepare documents that deceive or harm anyone. See our Community rules.

6. Intellectual property

The Reenter name, logo, design, texts and software belong to Reenter or its licensors. You may print and use documents you create with the tools for your own tenancies. You may not copy or resell the tools or site content without permission. Photos are used under the Unsplash License.

7. Availability and changes

The site and tools are provided as they are. We may change, suspend or remove any part of them and update the figures they use. We aim for accuracy but don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Reenter is not liable for loss arising from your use of free information or tools, from decisions you make based on them, from agreements between users, or from third-party sites linked from ours. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence (Turkish Code of Obligations art. 115), for death or personal injury, or any right you have as a consumer under Law No. 6502 that can’t be excluded.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. İstanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without affecting a consumer’s right to apply to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts at their place of residence, within the legal limits.
