Reenter / Reenter Cover

No deposit. A monthly premium instead.

Reenter Cover replaces the two or three months’ deposit. The tenant pays a share of the rent each month, the landlord is protected for up to three months of unpaid rent and for damage, and the premium falls the longer the record stays clean, like a no-claims discount.

Planned product. Cover will be issued by a licensed insurance partner; the final terms and limits will be in the policy.

Where you start

Your Reenter score sets your starting rate

Three starting points. From there, only your own record moves the rate.

How it changes

Seven steps, reviewed every six months

It works like the no-claims steps on car insurance. Pay on time without a claim and you move up to a lower rate; a paid claim moves you down to a higher one.

  • Lowest 4.5% after 18 clean months from the standard start
  • Highest 12%; nobody starts there
  • Your step moves with you to your next Reenter home
  • We tell you a month before your rate changes
+16 months, no claimUp one step: a lower rate. Paying on time is what moves you up.
0Late payment, no claimYour step stays the same for that period.

−2Unpaid-rent claim paidDown two steps from the next period.

If something goes wrong

How a claim works

Deadlines for everyone, based on the move-in and move-out reports both sides signed.

  1. Rent is late

The app reminds the tenant on days 1, 5 and 10. Most late rent is paid here.

  2. The landlord files a claim

In the app, from day 15 after the due date. The lease and payment record are attached automatically.

  3. Review

For damage, an inspection within 10 days, compared with the move-in report.

  4. The landlord is paid

Approved amounts within 30 days, up to the limit.

  5. Recovery and steps

The insurer recovers from the tenant, with instalments where possible. The tenant moves down a step and pays a higher rate.

Questions

Reenter Cover, explained

Is Reenter Cover insurance?

Yes. The guarantee will be issued by an insurance company licensed in Türkiye and sold through a licensed channel, as Insurance Law No. 5684 requires. Reenter runs the scoring, payments and claims in the app. Until the partner policy is live, nothing on this site is an insurance offer.

Do I get the premium back when I move out?

No. It is the monthly price of not paying a deposit, like any insurance premium. What you gain is the money you keep on move-in day and a premium that falls the longer your record stays clean.

What happens if I miss rent or leave damage?

The landlord is paid under the policy, and the insurer can then recover that amount from you, the same as with any guarantee. A paid claim also moves you down the steps, so your rate rises: one step for damage, two for unpaid rent. Cover protects the landlord; it doesn’t cancel what you owe.

How is my starting step set?

From your Reenter score, which uses only what you agree to share: rent compared with verified income, time in your job, rental payment history and, with consent, your credit score band. It never uses gender, age, religion, ethnicity, health or criminal records. You see the reasons and can ask a person to review them.

Does my step move with me to my next home?

Yes, for your next home on Reenter. If you are away from Reenter for more than 12 months, you start again from your score.

Can my premium go up without a claim?

The percentage doesn’t. The amount in lira rises when the rent rises at renewal, because the premium is a share of the current rent. That is also why the landlord’s protection keeps up with the rent.

Can a landlord ask for a deposit as well?

No. Homes on Reenter are let without a deposit; Cover is the protection. Reenter doesn’t take or hold deposits.
