- We use it to manage the waitlist, reply to you and, if you agree, tell you about the launch. We don’t sell it.

Information entered into the free tools is processed only in your browser and stored on your device. It is not sent to or processed by us.
3. Why we use it, and the legal basis

4. How we collect it
Electronically and automatically, through the forms on our website.
5. Sharing and transfers
We share data only with our hosting and email providers, as far as needed to provide the service, and with authorities where the law requires. Providers may store data outside Türkiye, in which case transfers follow KVKK art. 9 with standard contracts or other safeguards the law allows. We don’t sell your data or share it for advertising.
6. How long we keep it
Waitlist data is kept until you withdraw or ask us to delete it, and for at most two years after launch. Contact requests are kept for at most two years after they’re resolved. Then the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your rights under KVKK art. 11
You can ask whether we process your data and for details, the purpose and whether it is used accordingly, who it was transferred to, to have it corrected, deleted or destroyed, to have those changes notified to recipients, to object to a result against you that comes solely from automated analysis, and to claim compensation for unlawful processing.
Email us at rahmanov@reenter-tr.com from the address you registered with, or use registered email (KEP), a secure e-signature or a written request. We reply within 30 days, free of charge. You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
8. When the app launches
Identity and income verification, credit checks and tenant screening will involve more data. They will start only after a separate notice and, where required, your explicit consent. Automated scores will always come with reasons and the option of human review. Special-category data (health, religion, ethnicity, criminal convictions, etc.) will not be used for scoring.
